Training and equipping future leaders for evangelism and church-planting is foundational to all of Russian Ministries’ programs and services. This emphasis is accomplished through our centerpiece training project, School Without Walls, and further supported and enhanced through our additional training programs for Sunday school teachers, youth leaders, camp counselors, puppeteers, family and trauma counselors, writers, evangelists, pastors and others.
In the 2006-2007 academic year, School Without Walls students and graduates were involved in the practical ministries listed below. This equipping and energizing of young Next Generation Christian leaders for ministry has a direct impact on the health and growth of local churches.
In the fall of 2007, School Without Walls expanded to the Odessa region of Ukraine, the Volga River region of Russia and in Uzbekistan in Central Asia.
School Without Walls directors and coordinators continued to develop its Distance Learning program that has the potential of reaching thousands of students through online courses.
